Dubai, UAE, 09 June 2026: Artificial intelligence is now part of everyday work across the UAE, with residents reporting both strong productivity benefits from AI tools and greater comfort with AI handling routine workplace tasks, according to new research by Dubai-headquartered global insights consultancy SixthFactor.
The strongest confidence came from residents aged 35 to 44, with 70.9% saying AI improves their productivity at work, followed by respondents aged 25 to 34 at 68.2%. Both groups scored above the national average, pointing to strong AI adoption among experienced working professionals.
The study also found that 59.3% of UAE residents are now more comfortable allowing AI to handle routine workplace tasks than they were a few years ago, with comfort levels among 25 to 34 year olds increasing to 63.9%.
The findings also show strong AI adoption across income and education groups. Respondents with postgraduate or professional qualifications recorded 71.3% positive on AI productivity, while residents earning AED 30,000 or more per month stood at 71.8%.
Overall, 65.8% of respondents said they were aware of many uses of AI, an almost identical figure to the number reporting productivity gains. The close alignment between the two suggests AI use in the UAE has moved beyond awareness and into daily work.

For organisations, it suggests AI is increasingly being judged on workplace value rather than novelty.”
